Who we are

What this website does not do

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms and loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Server logs

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user agent. These logs are used only to keep the website running and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). They are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and are not combined with other data.

When you write to us or call us

We process what you tell us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role and the content of your message. We use it to reply, to prepare a commercial proposal, to conclude and perform a contract, to activate a licence, and to provide training and technical support. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).

We keep correspondence that does not lead to a contract for up to three years after the last contact. Correspondence related to a contract is kept for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for the period required by Ukrainian accounting and tax law.

Who receives the data

Our email is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365), and the website by our hosting provider in Ukraine. Both act as processors on our behalf.

When you buy a licence or contact technical support, we pass to the software vendor (PTV Group, Schlothauer & Wauer) or the data supplier only what is needed to register the licence or resolve the technical issue: the organisation name and the user's name and contact details.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing. We disclose it to public authorities only where the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@b-lab.pro and we will answer within one month. We make no decisions about you by automated means.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
